Dashing around again

I'm just dashing off to my art class, I want to leave early cos I'm going to pick some elder flowers beforehand, as tomorrow I want to make some elderflower cordial and champagne, I made champagne many years ago and it was very successful, but too sweet, so I will try a different method this time.
Must dash, but have a good day

    Eldflowers are amazing! They look very ordiinary but make beautiful cordial. I haven't tried the champagne yet. (thanks for the visit)
